素材の利用について

本サービスで提供される画像・イラスト・音声・フォント等の素材（以下「本素材」）には、 当サービスが独自に制作したもの、およびAI（人工知能）を用いて生成・編集したものが含まれます。

本素材はフリー素材として提供しており、個人利用・商用利用を問わず使用することができます。

ただし、以下の行為は禁止します。

• 素材そのもの、または加工が軽微な状態での再配布・販売
• 素材を主要コンテンツとして提供するサービスでの利用
• 違法または公序良俗に反する利用
• 本サービスまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為

AI生成素材については、生成過程の特性上、第三者の権利を完全に侵害していないことを保証するものではありません。 利用にあたっては、ユーザー自身の責任においてご判断ください。

本素材の利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。

Use of Materials

The images, illustrations, audio, fonts, and other materials provided on this service (hereinafter referred to as "Materials") include content independently created by this service, as well as content generated and/or edited using artificial intelligence (AI).

These Materials are provided as free resources and may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.

However, the following actions are prohibited:

• Redistribution or resale of the Materials as-is or with only minor modifications
• Using the Materials as the main content of a competing service or product
• Use for illegal activities or content that violates public order and morals
• Any use that infringes upon the rights of this service or third parties

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, we do not guarantee that the Materials do not infringe on the rights of third parties. Users are responsible for their own use of the Materials.
